Kathryn immigrated from Basildon, England in 1990 and has proudly called Kansas City home ever since. She graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelor’s in Business, specializing in Marketing, which makes her exceptionally qualified to meet our clients' needs. Upon graduating, she obtained her real estate license and has since dedicated herself to helping people sell and find the homes of their dreams.
With no close family in the states to initially spread her name, Kathryn used her driven personality to jumpstart her business. She works with luxury homes, new construction, resale properties, and condos and is also a Relocation Specialist, focusing on relocations in and out of the Kansas City area. Dual-licensed in Missouri and Kansas, Kathryn can assist clients no matter where they are located.
Her networking skills and welcoming personality have earned her well-deserved recognition. Kathryn is a certified Accredited Buyers Representative and was voted into Kansas City's TOP 20 in their Twenties by Ingram’s Magazine in 2009. She has also been named a Five-Star Agent by KC Magazine from 2006 through 2020. No matter the client or situation, Kathryn is prepared for anything and always ready for a new challenge.
Mindy resides in Leawood with her husband, Jason, their two boys, Hudson and Davis, and their sweet yellow Labrador, Lucy. A Kansas City native, Mindy attended St. Thomas More Grade School and Notre Dame de Sion High School, before earning her Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Kansas.
Leveraging her extensive background in sales and negotiation, Mindy ensures that the process of buying or selling a home is a seamless and enjoyable experience for her clients. She is truly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to meet her clients' needs.
In her free time, Mindy enjoys traveling with her family, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, staying active through exercise, and spending plenty of time outdoors.
